In this role you are in charge of the organization and management of the gastronomy areas of the studios, bringing along a good sense for the latest food trends in french cuisine in order to develop new gastronomy concepts.

- Organization and management of the gastronomy areas of the studios
- Implementation and further development of the gastronomy and service concepts
- Building, development and management of a team
- Management and coordination of external service providers and suppliers
- Ensure professional service in compliance with quality and hygiene standards
- Observation of food trends and customer desires
- Permanent optimization of existing concepts and processes

- Successfully completed qualified training as a restaurant specialist (m/f/d) or similar
- Profound experience in a high-class environment, e.g. gastronomy or hotels
- High affinity for food, lifestyle, sport and a good sense for new and healthy food trends
- A host with passion and an distinctive eye for details
- Strategic-conceptual thinking and acting
- A high level of quality awareness and service orientation
- Motivational leadership and very good communication skills
- Business fluent in English and French, other foreign languages are a bonus
