Diese Dinge packen Sie an:

• Complete P&L responsibility for the business in France and permanent controlling of the key figures
• Creation and implementation of convincing concepts for membership growth
• Development of a first-class service concept (customer touchpoints) and implementation
• Management and further development of the team (approx. 100 employees currently)
• Optimization and implementation of the operational and administrative processes in the French branches in cooperation with the Marketing, Sales, Finance and Expansion departments
• Reporting of the most important key figures to the head office
• Observation of the competition and new trends as well as development of new business ideas for the optimal customer experience

Damit punkten Sie:

• An economics degree, a relevant degree in hotel management or comparable training and a good understanding of numbers as well
• At least five years of professional experience in managing a branch business with P & L responsibility
• Ability to initiate membership growth, effectively retain existing members, further strengthen the (existing) very good image
• Experience in the development and implementation of demanding service concepts
• Profound Marketing and Sales know-how
• Experience in leading larger teams
• Self-confident, pragmatic personality, entrepreneurial thinking
• A high degree of initiative, pronounced customer awareness, very good communication skills
• Fluency in French and English is a requirement, knowledge of German is an advantage
